Never trust a word from any tenured employees. This company only looks out for the upper management. They brag about being a family owned business and how they treat everyone this way. Its a total lie! Ever since Covid 19 became a scapegoat for them!They started to eliminate employees saying due to covid 19. Changing positions to reduce pay.... Oh they care about you. Never never again. Unqualified worker's. After 4hrs I showed them the issue bc they can't find it. Now they're not able to fix a air leak bc they can't find it. Waste one week and a lot of money and time.

I went in there once to get a part...NEVER again. Don't get me wrong, the people there are nice and helpful or at least try to be. The problem isn't them. The problem is them being understaffed and having an verbally abusive boss. I can't believe how, I think his name is Mike, mistreats his employees. Yells at them, down right degrades them BUT oh no! It's ok, it just "joking." No one laughs, it's not funny, then it's not a joke. it's bullying. No wonder the morale around there is low..understaffed with a verbally abusive bo... read more
