At dusk, Trevor Mittelstodt knocked on our door offering to inspect our roof at no cost and at the same time would remove leaves and debris. He was professional, cordial, polite, reassuring, and committed to his work in below freezing temperatures. He knocked afterwards and showed before and after photos and reported that our roof was in good shape. Zack and the team at Excel are fantastic! From the start of the project, Zack went out of the way to educate me and give me all the options available, even if it wasn't as profitable for him, and that alone speaks volumes. During the project, some issues were found with decking and flashings that didn't come up during the inspection.
