There was a fire in one of the units in Tulare, but my unit was not affected and absolutely no one told me or showed me a document that my unit is inhabitable . But Martha keeps calling and pressuring me to move quickly to a higher price tag unit. And so far I haven't received any documents from the insurance or Excel Properties or about repairs that have to be done in my unit related to the fire on 12/22/2023. I am really questioning their knowledge on tenants rights.
