Called at 11 a.m. spoke to Lori. Mike arrived by 12:40 p.m. to look at a bathroom shower faucet handle leak. I cannot say enough of the company and plumber Mike. Mike was knowledgeable, professional and double checked and tripled checked to make sure the leak from the bathroom shower faucet stopped leaking into the basement. I've dealt with Excel plumbing twice since moving into my house in 2020. The first time, they helped us through a disastrous situation with a backed-up sewer. The second time, they came out to handle a leaking check valve in a pipe. Both times, the technicians were on-time, polite, and willing to explain to me what was going on. I have to say in these unprecedented times it is wonderful to be able to rely on a company like Excel Plumbing! They are professional, knowledgeable, and were able to fix my plumbing issue with very little fanfare! Please note, the plumber showed up on time while wearing the appropriate PPE. I would whole heartedly recommend Excel Plumbing!
