During previous therapy (all from knee injuries from soccer) I did a lot of sessions with Jason who was awesome, but this last ACL surgery and recovery I did my sessions with Melanie Muehlbauer. Melanie was fantastic, she helped me each step of the way from pre-surgery to post surgery and now almost return to sport. She even assisted me with other setbacks like a back injury and a hamstring strain. All of the Ivy staff is great and very accommodating. I highly recommend Melanie and Ivy for your PT needs.
This review is not reflective of my treatment, however they will charge you for treatments that you didn’t receive. I didn’t schedule any additional appointments after my first six weeks based on the recommendation for my doctor to do additional testing first. After my last appointment I was charged for a final patient assessment which didn’t happen because I was not expecting to discontinue care.
