I've had several experiences with PT over the years and none of them compare to the treatment at Excel in Ardmore. From the front desk to the therapist (Go Molly!) this is first-class customer/patient treatment. No cookie-cutter program. No wandering off and leaving you to a machine. I was stunned actually at the excellent one on one care. I wasn't sure that existed in the corporate care world but it does at Excel.
I have had physical therapy at many places over the year. Excel in West Philadelphia provided the most knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful care I have ever received.
We have been going to Excel for almost two years, either me or somebody from family. The therapists are knowledgeable & explain to the patients, but they had recent changes with their front desk. After six months, I decided not to put up the front desk attitude, with some uneducated high school dropouts' issues, taking my time. I asked statement for 2020 FSA & very reluctant; the card on file, so they don't give anything on the visit day.
