I had a horrible experience with therapist Molly Herting, one of the therapists who was very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. Her attitude, approach, and technique are questionable.

Excellent service & care. Brad (and his understudy at the time, Tim) helped me immensely and got my neck patched up in remarkable time, along with teaching me a lot of good preventative care so I hopefully never have to go back. Which I would, because they're great. Not the cheapest (and that's my insurance's fault as well), but definitely the best.
