Excel Pharmacy is very unprofessional. They take days to respond to customers' concerns, and the driver does not come within the given timeframe. The in-person service is not good. If you're on foot or using public transportation, the pharmacy is not convenient if you're outside the community; it takes two buses to arrive there.
This place is the worst. I had been coming here for five years. After the regular pharmacist left I had issues. I asked for my prescriptions to be transferred. I went back to the pharmacy to confirm with them and follow up that I wanted my info ported. The pharmacist lied to me saying she ported everything yesterday. I had to walk back and forth to get my prescription transferred. This pharmacy is still holding my refills for psych and asthma medications. Unprofessional. Doesn’t communicate very well. I will be reporting them to the authorities above them.
Rude poor customer service I will never use this pharmacy ever again it’s an hassle just trying to get your prescription filled and they don’t except certain insurance the worst and the pharmacist has an bad attitude if you don’t like your job leave don’t act like I’m bothering you or I’m giving you a hard time do your job and work on your customer service.
