James Wilson to our property to provide preventative treatment for carpenter ants. He was on time, polite, friendly, neat, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions patiently. I will be calling the company right now to request James be sent every time we need service in the future From Excel. His communication skills are excellent. He would be the perfect person to provide staff training in the future. Thank you Excel for hiring such a competent and well mannered individual.
James, our technician from Excel Pest Services was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to walk us through everything he was doing and made sure my wife felt completely comfortable by answering every one of her questions with patience and clarity. You could tell he genuinely cared about providing a great service and making sure we understood the process and the outcome. I highly recommend James and Excel for any Pest Services in the NJ area you might need!
Chris K was incredibly helpful, respectful, and friendly during my pest control visit. As a parent, I always request that technicians wear protective footies when entering my home, and he was more than accommodating. He not only complied with my request but also provided valuable information about other issues in my house and suggested ways to address them. Overall, it was an outstanding experience—10/10!
The business I work for uses Excel Pest Services for monthly maintenance of the building. I am also an Excel customer at my home and had good experiences so I suggested them when it was needed. I can say every technician and office person that I deal with are professional and very efficient at their jobs. This latest service at my workplace was performed by Dora. She was prompt, courteous, friendly and very thorough! I highly recommend Excel Pest Services!
James Wilson has been coming out to service our home for years - and always does a thorough job! Always lets us know when he’s headed over and covers all the areas we request - even if it falls outside our regular service!
