Julio Rosales Excellent service. Moved the stove and refrigerator and found holes and a lot of dropping. He did things that the Mike didn’t do.

Carlos is absolutely great at what he does. He was able to answer any and all questions and thoroughly explained the services I was receiving. He even followed up to see how things were going which not everyone does these days. Very refreshing. Excel has been great to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
I came across Excel Pest Services when looking to replace a national provider. I prefer to work with independents, when possible. They strongly desired a visit to provide an estimate. The account specialist was pretty good, although he repeatedly put his hands on the walls/trim in our house unnecessarily (maybe a “pet peeve”, but don’t touch anything you are not working on, I don’t like to have to clean-up handprints afterwards). Todd was our technician for a quarterly pest service in South Orange. He was extremely thorough in explaining the process of all of the treatments he was applying both in and out of the house. He also took the time to engage in friendly conversation about our house and our family. I was extremely pleased with his service and positivity. I will be asking for him specifically for future treatments.
