I just wanted to take the time to give an actual review for the service I received from Excel Pest Control. I moved into a beautiful apartment in August in Victoria Park. I have been having insects bites from hell. The complex hired at least 3 other Pest Control company. Dave was the technician, very personal and understanding. I spoke with Vaughter on a Sunday about my issues as a business owner. Vaughter explained to me that he was off of work but could come visit me to discuss these issues anyway. He showed up prompt and polite. He was very knowledgeable about my issues and taught me some lessons to keep in my pocket! Very pleased with the communication and professionalism. Would recommend to any business owner needing an honest service from an honest company.
Called Excel Pest Services for a quote on a Home Plan, David came at his scheduled time, he was professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything and gave us options to pick from. We decided to go with one of the plans and he was ready with everything he needed, got the job done quick and efficiently, he was also respectful of the property and family members.
