Thomas came out immediately and was quick, clean and professional. Couldn't ask for better
I had an issue with bees and called EXCEL around 11 AM and by 2 PM, a technician was already at my restaurant. Thomas handled everything with efficiency! The customer service was incredibly responsive, and the treatment was completed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend EXCEL for anyone dealing with pest problems top-notch service from start to finish!

I called three different companies for a rat problem in my attic, but I was sold by Excel’s customer service. Christian, who answered the phone, was so kind and helpful. Thomas came out the same day to go over my options, and I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome plan they offered—not just for rats, but also including ant, spider, and other pest control for a fair monthly price.
