I was disappointed with my nail extension experience. The nails were crooked and not the same length, which was very noticeable. I had clearly explained what I wanted, but there seemed to be a communication barrier that made it difficult to achieve the desired result. Unfortunately, the final outcome did not meet my expectations, and I left feeling unsatisfied with the service.

My friend asked me to post this because she’s too uncomfortable to leave a review herself, but she paid for a full set and left extremely disappointed. The nails were visibly uneven, several were different lengths/shapes, and the application looked thick and lumpy instead of smooth. The thumb shape especially didn’t match the rest of the set, and overall the symmetry and attention to detail just wasn’t there. Went there for a pedicure, while the lady who did it was really nice and quite thorough, the gel polish application is a bit of a mess…. My four little toes are quite small so I understand the difficulty to paint them even with the little detail brush so I can overlook the gel polish on surrounding skin or lumpy polish, however my big toe is “normal” sized and is still very streaky, lumpy, and an uneven application. Not sure if it was technique or product that was the issue, but I’m not very pleased.
