Excellent gel nails and pedicures. I see Kim for my gel nails and who ever is available for my pedicures. I am very hard on my nails and have never had one lift. I’ve only had one nail break but that’s because I hit myself with a hammer. Manicures: I am a nail biter. I have very thin, paper like nails. I have never had a problem with Kim’s nails. I’ve been coming here for a while and usually have a good experience with basic gel nails. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. I requested a simple nail design, but the final result wasn’t what I had asked for. I would have appreciated better communication upfront about what could realistically be achieved, more attention to the reference provided, and a willingness to make adjustments when it was clear I wasn’t happy with the result. Overall, I left disappointed with both the service and experience.
I always get treated well here. And my nails are always perfect! I have been coming every three -five weeks for over a year and I love the staff and friendly atmosphere.
