Went there for a pedicure, while the lady who did it was really nice and quite thorough, the gel polish application is a bit of a mess…. My four little toes are quite small so I understand the difficulty to paint them even with the little detail brush so I can overlook the gel polish on surrounding skin or lumpy polish, however my big toe is “normal” sized and is still very streaky, lumpy, and an uneven application. Not sure if it was technique or product that was the issue, but I’m not very pleased.

I usually do not post reviews much but due to my experience here I had to. I have visited this salon a few times for eyebrow services without any issues. However, during my most recent visit last weekend, I experienced a skin burn in the area between my eyebrows. Initially, I assumed it was temporary redness from waxing and did not think much of it. Asked delivery truck to block road to make delivery. Ample room in the back of the business to make deliveries z Refused to ask the driver to park elsewhere when I asked them too. Pretended to not understand what I was asking. Would rather customers back up dangerously into 3 way and “ turn around” than do the right thing.

I came to excel to get gel nails and i was very disappointed with the results, i asked for longer almond shaped nails and got shorter then what i asked for a couple nails came out very crooked and I had ask for a flower shape on my pinky nail and it came out as a blob of nothing. Other nails where came out very pointy and when I said i didn’t like the shape of one nail and wanted it to be fixed she ignored me and gave me a dirty look The girl I had chose was name was Nina and I was really upset with my results.
