Attempted to get them out to look at my roof (one they installed 15 years ago) to look at/fix a couple leaks as well as get pricing on ice rail and new gutters. Informed me after the 3rd call that they're too busy to even send someone out to look at it much less do the work (scheduled out over 2 months). They must be good to be that busy but it would have been nice to know that a month ago so I could look elsewhere. Disappointing.
