WORST MEDICAL FACILITY. Dr. Poulshock, who was my doctor in the past, literally DIED IN 2023, & his name is still plastered ALL OVER THE DOOR, & THE SIGN ON TOP OF THE BUILDING. I’m not exactly qualified to know certain info., but I’m pretty sure still advertising the name of a deceased person ontop of a new business isn’t ethical, nor legal. Hi, I wanted to take the time to praise ms. Sharon and the rising sun office. Today was Jordan’s first appointment without me and you know I was scared, she stayed with him and helped him throughout his appointment. That type of nurture and service can’t be found anywhere and I am so thankful as a parent that they were there to do for him what I would have done. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I had a scheduled telemedicine appointment with Vanessa Molin, CRNP, at 3:30 PM, but she did not get on the call until around 4:10 PM—a 45-minute delay with no communication. As someone who lives with a mental health condition, I was understandably upset and frustrated by the long wait time.
