Please think twice before ever using this company. We have a new Carrier HVAC system that has been running around 6 months that needed service. This company tells people via phone that they charge a $90 (includes 30 min) service charge + $120 per hour. However, when the tech came out and gave us the final invoice, he told me that they charge a $165 (includes 2 hrs) service charge + $150 per hour?? I did not believe this was right, but I could not remember, so we called a couple of days later and pretended to be a new custome... read more

I would highly suggest not dealing with this company just out of honesty and trust the guy that came out was very nice but he did not seem very knowledgeable with the carrier system. He spent numerous hours on the phone with carrier and googling to try to find answers. He ended up getting it fixed After three days. why we were paying for those hours of him learning how to fix it. The biggest disheartening thing of the whole situation is and I think everybody needs to be aware they told you a certain hourly rate on the phone ... read more
