Great atmosphere. Clean, great classes and awesome coaches! The coaches are great motivators and really care about your success. They are always willing to answer a question or take a moment to explain something to you so you know what you're doing!
I am NOT a gym person, but love eXcel. But eXcel is not your normal gym. It is like a fun hangout where you work out with a bunch of friends. No one cares what you look like, how many reps you do or if the teacher had to correct you. People tell you at the end you did a great job and you feel so much better about yourself. I have gained some new wonderful friends, have something else in common with friends and overall feel better about myself. Thank you eXcel for all these new found loves.
I have been coming here for a few short weeks and it already feels like I've been coming here forever! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! The motivation that you get from the instructors is incredible!!! I have never been a member at a gym before and I didn't know what half the things were at my first class but it was no big deal and I was shown how to do things every step of the way. I am so happy that I decided to make this step and I couldn't think of a better place to be. I love this gym and I love the staff �
When I first walked in here Andrea asked me what I usually do at the gym, and I laughed at her � I never went to a gym and I thought I hated exercise. I don't know what propelled me in here but thank goodness! The instructors are amazing - supportive but push you too. The energy is so infectious, I swear that's what has kept me coming back. Best gym I've ever belonged to - and I've belonged to many over the years! Belonged is actually a great word for it, I've felt welcomed, motivated, and supported from day 1. The eXcel training classes are worth every penny. This mama of 2 is loving the "me time" a good work out at eXcel always brings!
Great gym great toys to play with and the members are the best. You will always feel right at home. Super friendly atmosphere. No judging. Couldn't ask for a better place to get my training and workouts in. Going on ten years as a member here and I can honestly say the past 6 months have been the best. 💪
