eXcel is a terrific gym for beginners and serious athletes alike. What's nice is you can jump into a fitness course and be welcomed as one of the club immediately or you can do your own thing and nobody will bother you. The staff is friendly, the customers are cordial and as a bonus, no "lunk-heads". (You know who I mean..."I pick things up and put them down")

I've been a member for just over a year now. I've liked eXcel all along but now I'm training with Kelly (LOVE HER!) and have much better focus ON my fitness and health. It's a real community and everyone is so supportive of each other.
I’ve had the pleasure of being able to not only work out here but to get to know the truly wonderful staff and community that frequent eXcel Fitness. I LOVE it here. I love the barre class & Zumba. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and you don’t even feel like you’re working out.
