The front desk is friendly and super helpful. I had dropped off a form which needed their broker of record to sign. The broker of record wasn't in so the front desk person took my form, my business card and told me that he will have his broker of record sign it and will email me. After a while, I received an email with the signed form. Then about 15 mins later, he (front desk person) called to ensure (follow up) that I had recieved his email with the signed form.
