Very poor service in Saratoga Springs and the receptionist was really rude to me and my kids and they doesn’t care when I told them!

Very poor communication from the staff. We drove from Salt Lake and as we were just arriving they said they were running an hour behind. So we went and got something to eat to kill an hour. Arriving back we were informed of another 45 minutes delay. Sure hope the doctor does a better job
I've not had any problems with the doctors here, however my last pair of glasses that I got from there (first and last time I use them) the coating wore off. Normally I can wear a pair of glasses for several years (I've been wearing glasses for more than a quarter of a century...) but these are not going to make it that long. I went in to see if they could buff it or something and was told I was basically out of luck. I'm so frustrated and I will NOT be using their optical center again. Go use someone who actually has custom... read more
