I usually don’t leave reviews but after my horrible experience with Dr Schmutz yesterday I had to make an exception. I won ICL surgery from a different provider in Salt Lake Valley. At my latest post-op appointment, the doctor was concerned about the pressure in my eye. He wanted to test it a few days later but had the idea of asking my regular doctor to do one so I didn’t have to drive an hour away for a five minute appointment. I have never been treated with more poorly in my life from a billing department than I have with Excel Eye Center! I was insulted, disrespected and financially threatened. My 4 year old went in for a follow up visit at Dr. Yeates' office, in April, for a surgical procedure he had about 6 months ago.
