This was the most wonderful dentist experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I needed emergency dental assistance, and although I was not a current patient, they took me on short notice, on a Saturday morning. The whole staff was professional, and compassionate. But not with EXCEL DENTAL, the staff and doctors are consistently helpful, pleasant, efficient, gentle and so tolerant!! This is one of the best dentist office I have ever been to. It's a great office with professional and courteous staff. Dr. Pakanati is very patient and explains about the importance of dental hygiene to avoid future dental issues. Nicole, the office assistant is very welcoming. Like many people, I also dread going to the dentist, but after switching to Excel dental, my anxieties are gone.
