This team is great! I had injections, traditional pt, and surgical consults that left me hopeless. A friend mentioned the ART method and I was willing to to try anything. Jay was transparent and honest and we worked together to get me moving again. Failed SI Joint is tricky and Jay and Jo have made a huge difference!
I highly recommend Dr. Jay Adams at Excel Chiropractic. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and range of motion issues. He then uses Active Release Techniques in addition to chiropractic adjustments to improve mobility. The clinic is a relaxing environment and his staff provides exceptional service. 5 stars well deserved!
They really listen and try to address the pain I'm having. It's not just the same ole adjustment regardless of my complaint. Flexible scheduling too.
