Hector is my new hero (you know what you did)! We have been clients for well over a year and Minor (owner) always treats us like royalty. The work is done in a timely fashion and always 100% guaranteed. It's nice to have a shop that's more like family as we all love our cars and taking them to the car hospital can be traumatic both emotionally and financially. Just had my first experience with Excel Automotive Repair in St. Charles. I knew I needed some brake and suspension work performed on a 14 year old car and was is need of an honest mechanic that could explain my options and perform the work. I don't often take the time to write a review but more people should know that this one of the best auto repair shops in the tri-cities. Thanks Excel Auto.
I have never met a more trustworthy mechanic! The guys at Excel work so hard and will do the right thing every time for you and your car. You never need to worry! I have been to dozens of repair shops, but will never go anywhere else again. I would highly recommend them!

My family and I had always had our vehicles worked on by the same mechanic for over 40 years. We would drive out of our way 45 minutes just to have them work on our cars. Last week we were referred to Minor and his crew at Excel. I was very worried about switching but I took the chance and am so happy I did! It is very hard now a days to find an honest, fair, reliable, and reasonably priced mechanic. Well I found that in Minor and his crew and am very grateful!!!! Thank you!!!
Andrew did a great job on my car today. The staff there is so friendly and will help you in any way they can. It's awesome to find a place that cares so much about the clients that walk through there door even if you are new to them. Great job by all and I look forward to doing more business with them!
