I bought new tires from Discount Tire on Randall and needed a 4 wheel alignment which they don't do. They highly recommended Excel for the alignment with a discount coupon. I looked Excel up on the web and saw great reviews AND they are veteran owned with vets also working there. That sealed the deal for me to check them out. This place is UNBELIEVABLE! Hector spent 4 hours diagnosing my problem, and the shop refused to charge me after giving me the news. Arguing for 20 minutes to charge me, they refused. I left in shock. In 20 years, I have never met such honest and caring mechanics. Customer for life! See for yourself, seriously.
