No! I will never recommend this place to anyone! Their page says "All of our vehicles come inspected, serviced & quality checked by ASE technicians" but yet the blue 2009 Dodge Journey I bought has nothing but issues?! The worst part about the entire situation is that I was bank financed and could have went ANYWHERE!! The ONLY reason I even bothered looking at this lot is because I seen the ad for the Journey on fb and it was the car I was interested in buying. Terribly disappointed! A friend purchased a vehicle and less than 24 hours had an issue arise. I do not care if it was purchased “as is”. You have a moral obligation to your customers and future customers to be honest and dependable. How would you feel if someone duped your mother, wife or sister? I believe your salesman knew of the current issues prior to the sale and again am very disappointed in your response to remedy customer complaints. I have bought my last couple of cars from excel. They have always treated me well and when i have had things go wrong they get me right in to fix it. I bought the last one 8 years ago and i am still driving it everyday.

A buyer has issues with the vehicle and the check engine light came on less than 24 hours after a sale and they refused to do anything about it. Refund or repair Dara's vehicle and stop scamming people.
