They dont mess around – Had my car in to inspect the brakes. They got me in early, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Can't complain.
Taken care of very well – My little 1999 vehicle, with 196,000 miles on it, has been taken care of very well here for quite some years now. The folks are courteous, helpful, and thorough. I find their prices appropriate for the service rendered and I have always felt that my car is in good hands, and will be fully safe back on the road. They also will go the extra mile to accommodate special needs for appointments.
Not So Good Service – I was hoping this tiny shop was a diamond in the rough, not the case. Not friendly or warm..I will keep on looking for that shop that values my business. I could tell it was all about the money and not so interested in the customer. Pricing was kind of high, for a run down shop.

Outstanding Mechanic!!! – My vehicle has never run so good. I'm impressed that the vehicle was fixed right the first time, this is rare from my experience with other shops. I will definitely return. My only complaint and I hate to complain about a free service, but it seemed that getting a shuttle ride was an inconvenience to the shuttle driver. Greatly Overcharged Me – Last year, after I failed an emissions test, it was recommended (by the emissions people) to me to bring my car to Excel Automotive to make it so I could pass the test. Long story short, they told me I had to replace three parts in my car. Not being a car person, I couldn't verify this but believed it that they were being honest with me so I agreed to pay the money.
