If I could have given no stars I would have. These are very unfriendly and unprofessional people on phone as well as in person. Waste of time and business. They have no customer service experience my experience was less than 30 seconds. we basically stared at each other until she asked what I wanted. Needed alterations but of course but they dont downsize. Thankful I didn't have to spend any money here. Would not recommend.
I am completely shocked by the experience we had here. I have used Excel Alterations in the past but, man was I disappointed this time. My husbands suit pants we’re all but ruined. Unwearable because the seems we’re unraveling upon pick up. The male owner was so rude throughout every encounter. Needless to say, we found a new tailor. I do not recommend unless you want your clothes ruined and an old man yelling at you.

I came into your shop, however you are correct, I did not use any of your services because you had a very unpleasant, attitude which I noticed from our phone call, but you were the only alteration place open in the area. Absolutely SPECTACULAR.. I was there a week ago for alterations on adress for my grandma's funeral. Ms.Wendy and the gentleman were warm and inviting.. She said that she would have my garment ready the next day..She called me in about 3 hrs and said come pick up. It was PERFECT..She understood the assignment and I appreciate the service. 1000/10!!!
