I had renters in one of my houses that chain smoked inside the house. When they moved out I could not get the smell out for anything!! Excel came and worked their magic on my carpet and air ducts and thank goodness I can finally rent out my house again.
Thank you excel air for coming out and cleaning my air ducts and my living room carpet. The office staff was very nice in getting me an appointment on such short notice. I noticed my dryer was taking longer than usual to dry my clothes. I had the guy come out to services it but he told me that my dryer is working fine and that my dryer vent is probably causing the problem. I didn't realize that the dryer vent needed to be cleaned on a regular basis. I called this company and had them come out and clean out my dryer vent. They found a lot of build up inside the vent and got it all out. Now my dryer is working like its new again. I learned a few new things that day, thanks guys
We had our dryer vent cleaned out last week by Excel Air. The guys were really nice, on time and the price was really reasonable.
Wow! What a difference you guys made for me. Thank you. Me and my children suffer from bad allergies and our doctor recommended for us to get our carpets and air ducts cleaned. You guys did a fabulous job and breathing is easier for us now.
I wanted to have my stairs and carpet cleaned as a Christmas “gift” to my husband (and myself) so I called Excel. They got me an appointment the next day and when they left my stairs looked the same as before. I was told it would take a couple of hours to dry and expected it to take a little more but it ended up taking more than 4 days. My bedroom smelled sour and mildewy until I went to Home Depot and bought Odoban and recleaned my carpet myself. I had unexpected family coming into town for the holidays and I needed to get my house into shape, quickly! I decided to call Excel Air because they offered everything I needed and the office staff was really nice. I thought I was doomed when Excel was booked up but the office and technicians went the extra mile and stayed late to help me out. I got my carpets cleaned, my furniture and air ducts. Beautiful job! I was having a lot of trouble with my allergies and wasn't sure what to do. I talked to a friend and they suggested looking into the air quality in my home. I found Excel Air when I looked on their website. Their website was really informative. I called and made an appointment. The guy who came to my house knew what he was talking about. He installed an air purification system and cleaned my air duct. Since then I have had such great relief!!! I would recommend Excel Air Home Services to everyone!!
I appreciate the courtesy all of Excel's staff showed me when making my appointment all the way till they left my house. My family suffers from allergies and my son has bad asthma.
