Beware! Possibly the worst repair experience ever. We brought my daughter’s iPhone 7+ in for a battery replacement and they broke the Home Button. When we asked them to look at it they said, “We don’t do buttons, and it was probably going bad anyway”. I guess we were supposed to ignore that it stopped working while in their possession. We took it to Apple and they were amazed at the (lack of) workmanship. Have taken a Dell laptop, and a iPhone 7 to them for repair, was charged for no repair with the laptop that I went home and ordered the parts for off of e-bay and fixed with a you-tube video... The Iphone7 I was told I would be charged a $45 diagnostic fee by there mysterious no-name Apple technician before they could detriment a problem... I kept the phone and took it to Apple the next week where the fist person I walked up to activated and corrected the settings at no charge and wished me a good day.... I was very impressed by their great customer service and rapid repair of my computer.
A little bit expensive (that might be because of the price of the part) but they were very quick at fixing my broken screen. the staff was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their computer repaired
Amazing service. Had my laptop done in one day. It wasn't as bad as I thought so I could have been ripped off easily however they were totally honest and got me fixed up for a great price! I would definitely recommend them for Macs.
