I had to replace my old leaking water heater with a new one. Baron from Excalibur, gave me a quote over the phone and committed to replace all pipes, knobs, etc. within the quote. NO extra charges. RUDE JERK – I have nothing good to say here, except that if you have questions but haven't decided to use them, they will tell you they are too busy to deal with you. Informative? No. Helpful? NO. Patient...NO. Do yourself a favor use someone else.
