I normally use Christianson in Texas for Water heater instillation , but they were very busy and limited head count. So had to look Elsewhere, and ended up being Excalibur in Round Rock Texas. I knew what I needed done, and they had no problem quoting me for that work over the phone, some places simply would not do that. I was happy with the quality of work from JEFF, he did a few extras, that Christianson would nickle and dime you for. I used excalibur plumbing last year for a problem with my hot water. I was told almost immediately that I needed a better water heater. Five thousand dollars later, the problem was still present. My technician Jason returned and after several hours, he said he would need to rip up tile in the newly remodeled guest bathroom to possibly identify the problem, but he still wasn't positive he knew of the problem. They installed a tankless recirculating hot water heater in our house and we couldn’t be happier. The product is incredible and the work was done professionally. This is an honest company and I would highly recommend them.
