Troy ****** helped us with an insurance claim in July 2018. The end of August I signed an agreement for him and gave him a large down payment to complete the work from the insurance claim. As of October 12, 2018 he quit communicating. As of today, he has not contacted me, returned any emails, text, calls or letters from me. He has not started any work or had any materials delivered. Do not do business with these guys. They are nice enough but not reliable. I had hail damage as a result of the big storm we had on July 1, 2016. I contracted them because my friend Pat worked for them at the time and he said they were great. I contracted them to do all of the exterior work that the insurance adjuster found. At first, Chase the Project Manager, was responsive. He did a good job making sure the adjuster found all the damage caused by the hail. Then the waiting began!
