Really wish I listen to the previous review. Dealing with Dan was much more than a headache. When he was unable to provide us a blank copy of the lease we should have escaped then. But we desperately needed a new place to live so we carried on and ended up having to write out the entire lease over hours of conversation with Dan. Upon move in day Dan was unable to open our lease over email as he decided to go clamping in Yosemite. My experience with the owner of this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I wish I would have googled his name first, looked at public county court records for San Diego and seen the experiences others have had. I would urge you to look into this before engaging in any sort of business agreement. I had booked one of his rentals, and it didn't end up working out, and Dan agreed that he wouldn't charge me for it. He was upset, but he said he wouldn't charge me.
