I gave this business 4 stars because of my wait time. But the woman who took the swabs of my son and I for our paternity test was awesome. She was so good with my son and respected my wishes to keep the reason we were there private from my child. She even cracked some jokes and made him enjoy being there.
It does not even deserve a star, because people at this facility has no custumer manners and they just plain refuse to stop harrassing the wrong people with their appointments, I have lost track ot the times that I have told them I am not one of their clientes and they still keep on calling me and disturbing me at all times during the day, I have spoken to Bridgitte, the supervisor at least twice and also to a female called Terrie explaining them the situation and they just will not fix the problem, I dont know what to do so... read more
