Last update!!! I received an email from your business two days ago about a pre launch service then I decided l, before I block it, to rate my review from one star to two stars ( the additional one is for all the assumptions and the insults towards me for which I never took the time to thank you. Today was my 2nd time having Trinitas do my hair which she has been doing a excellent job I'm extremely happy I found her as it is very hard to find great stylist while being a travel employee. Per the recent review Ms Widlynn horne walked into the shop to confirm with my hairstylist about an appointment that was not yet confirmed while my hair was being washed by the stylist. She told me to come back at twelve, so I did. After seating there for roughly an hour, I asked her for how long I was going to have to wait, she replied (as if wasting three hours of my time wasn’t enough) “oh I still have to install her wig, I’m not sure, I don’t want to give you another time”.
