They hold your scripts, do not send short supply on new imports scripts but say it will be next exact pack. Do not understand the word everything or I want nothing more to do with you!! Make you jump through their differ hoops to get meds move away from then, but do not send new scripts on file with meds!!!
When I was first called by someone from this company I really thought it was another scam call, so I just said "no" to their first question, and hung up. I am so glad that a few weeks later someone called, right after I had a problem with my usual pharmacy, so I decided to listen to the person who called. She was very nice, and after a few questions, she transferred me to a different person who could take my medication list.
