Horrible company to try to work with. My grandmas nurse recommended this company to us about 8 months ago. We switched immediately and the medications have been messed up every single month. We were receiving the medications the same day she was due to run out of the prior box. Stay away from exact care. Not only do the representatives lie to u the supervisors also lie. My doctor sent a prescription over on a Monday. I called to c if they had received it, they said yes, so I ask can a courier bring it out because it’s antibiotics and I really need it. The representative told me yes They can send the meds next day, I ask what time she said call back Tuesday morning and they will give u a time. My father just started receiving 24/7 care at home. The company that cares for my father decided to pre-package my father’s meds by contracting ExactCare WITHOUT any authority. I only found this out when last month a bunch of prescriptions were sent to my father’s house. Strange since Dad gets all of his medications from the Veteran’s Hospital which is 7 miles away for Free. USE CAUTION!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! You can easily find a better, more reliable place to do business. They sent the wrong medication dose for consecutive months. Each time using excuses. Finally admitted it was their error and they would remove the charges. But they didn't. Very frustrating to work with. Difficult to get correct meds delivered as expected. Do not use them to supply medications to persons who cannot double check the dosages and even the meds themselves as they may send the incorrect ones. I would **NOT** recomme... read more

When they called, since my insurance hadn't advised me of their partnership, I thought it was a scam, and said no. They called again and I asked a few questions and verified their relationship with my insurance, then agreed to switch. During the initial call to get me set up on my meds, they informed me that there would be a 2-week delay in transitioning me and asked if there were any meds that I was low on. Do NOT use this company! I probed and challenged and questioned numerous people before I signed my dad up. I was promised they would have his most critical meds in stock when he needed them. I called a week ahead, as they advised me. They told me they were shipped, but when the package arrived, it did NOT have the med he most needed. They told me they would overnight it. Company does transition well when you sign up. Company does not keep track of what meds you need and/or ensure that supply is continuous for necessary medications. When they have a problem getting medications from doctors they do not contact you in a timely manner to avoid medication interruption. Company agreed to overnight medications on the phone, but instead chose to wait a few days and then send USPS causing patient to have no medication. They should change their name to WeDontCare.
