Good shop with a young workforce, if you're smart and willing to work hard you can advance fast, compensation has always been fair to their machinist. Every shop has issues, its up to you to fix them, ineptness falters to competence.
Holy hell do not work here. Sweatshop. Working with lead and other toxic materials offering no protection. No talking, no walking, no nothing. Pay is garbage, and you must WORK, WORK, WORK!!!!! Get one thing wrong, they scream and yell insults at you. Do not waste your life on this garbage employer, unless you're a masochist. I'm amazed they pass any audit.
