If your idea of a carpet cleaner is someone who rented the nearest rug doctor from Meijer then you got your man! not only does he not use professional equipment he use a spray bottle which i assume has "bissell's top formula" not to sell bissell short in this review they are great. When asked the owner to come back to hit some spots he CLEARLY missed he denied it and said he preformed a great job and he would not return and look at the spots without a charge. Never showed up. When we called, they said they would be there shortly. Then when we called again, "Tony" stopped answering. There is a 5 star review from Tony, I'm guessing he's just trying to rip people off.
