The assistant manager (Cody) was extremely helpful today over the phone. I called looking for a Hunter SRV valve and boy did he know his stuff! He informed me of the valve being discontinued and offered a wealth of knowledge regarding other options for my repair. I should have expected that when he answered the phone in such a professional and polite manner. I will definitely be visiting this store in person. Much appreciated, Cody!
