They’re good for commercial / contractor business but don’t expect to come here thinking it will be like Home Depot or another homeowner friendly store. They won’t be jumping to answer your questions or give you advice. There isn’t prices out on the shelves. You need to know what you want before you get there. Absolutely terrible customer service and extremely rude. Attempted to ask a question and was cut off before I could finish then was told immediately you need to go somewhere else as he was walking away. Thought this was a misunderstanding. Attempted to ask another question and was ignored while he continued to put inventory away. So I guess take his advice and go somewhere else.

Generally when they don't choose early there great to deal with and very helpful. However they seem to be closing early more and more. I drove from Lebanon, arrived there at 4:10pm. And they were closed. There goes are until 5pm. And again they had closed early and not 10 or 15 minutes away but almost an hour early. I waisted 80 minutes round trip.
