I just bought my first property in Seattle and worked with Marie Dennis. Before her, I worked with a few real estate agents in the past couple of year. In this business, some of these folks are barely crossing the finish line and are just expecting for the “right clients to come, so that they get a nice chunk of money at the of transaction”. Our condominium has Ewing and Clark as property managers. Despite repeated emails they have failed to deal with routine and important matters which have adversely affected the quality of life for residents.
Marie was a delight. Always helpful and communicative. Walked us through all of the steps and had plenty of references for any other services we needed. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a real-estate agent
