I was just looking for real estate pages and I accidentally saw this page. Some reviews look pretty brutal, but I understand people had different experiences. I decided not to pass and share my own experience about this Team. I remember Ewing and Clark Team have helped me years ago to rent a business space. They did everything to make sure we(The landlord and I), get things rightfully while I was not familiar with anything. What they did for me, was really appreciated.
Our experience with Ewing & Clark management company has been exceptional. Their team demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness and a commitment to our condo community. They've helped with our budgeting process, improved communication with residents and handled maintenance requests with efficiency. Ewing & Clark has provided invaluable support in executing major projects including replacement of our roof deck and roof, as well as resolving our lighting issues.
Ewing and Clark manage our 21 unit condominium in Queen Anne. They are terrible at getting anything accomplished and don’t give a shit what kind of bind they put people in. I am trying to sell my condo and can’t do it as they won’t get bids for a window project that requires a special assessment. Veronica and Melissa don’t respond to emails and don’t care. They won’t even give me my own board members contact information which seems illegal to me. Every project gets delayed as they are not in a hurry for anything.
The agent really helps.
