Got a quote for some work at my house. The quote was promised within a week. It was receieved much later after an email and a couple of calls. The quote that did come in was considerably higher than others I received. I asked for more details on their quote and was completely ignored (they never responded). I'm guessing they simply didn't want the job. That's fine, but why come out and give a quote? Bad communication and high quote with no details.
