My grandson worked for the money to purchase a hoverboard from eWheelsUSA. When it went back in under warranty the customer service that I received was the worst that I have ever experienced from any company. Worst company ever, don't waste your time
We had a hoverboard that was sent in for repair under warranty. Technical service was very good. We sent the hoverboard in at their request and our expense. The fixed it quickly. I talked with support and they said that they had fixed it and that it would be shipped the next day. I received a shipping number for FedEx and when I looked at the tracking for the hoverboard at the FedEx tracking site they showed a delivery date about a week out. I sent the product back for my refund and it's been over a month and so I had to call my credit card company to resolve the issue I don't know if they're eating ass or they're eating ass but they got the fucking God damn fucking thing back to them and they suck because their customer service sucks their product support team sucks they sell cheap shit and because there are / 30 day warranty Segway has cancelled their year warranty do they tell you that whenever you're buying this product
It was the worst experience I've ever had they couldn't troubleshoot nothing they sent me a product that didn't work and they wanted me to pay money to send it back to them how fucked up is that fuck you

Wasnât happy at first since the orginal hover board didnât work. They did send a second one and itâs been running fine
