They have a calling center out the United States so every time you try to contact to Dr. Konka office you never can reach them , because they don’t have a direct phone number also if you left a message they never call you back. So I need just drive directly to the office to talk to the front staff members to ask they need to send my prescription to the pharmacy. Horrible service! You wait minimum 1 hr to be seen by Dr. Assistants never return your calls back! And to top it off the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy! 2nd visit and time to change drs! I will definitely be calling insurance!!
DID THEY PROVIDE INCORRECT BIOPSY RESULTS?! It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact Dr.Koncas office. I have been trying for YEARS… Y E A R S to get a biopsy appointment since they have already cancelled my appt MULTIPLE times due to an “emergency”. I recently looked at my last biopsy results only to see that there is a discrepancy of what I was told and what the results on Labcorp show. This office does not call medication in timely, they have long wait times and my appointment was rushed when I finally saw the doctor due to it being after 5 pm. I guess since so many people require this specialized care, both the office staff and doctor compromise patient care and customer service. I will be transferring to another provider as soon as I get my ultrasound out of the way.
Avoid this Doctor at all cost my Son has been waiting for a scan since December and we’ve called their many times and they never return calls I went down there and waited for an hour and still nothing they don’t know what they are doing beside putting patients lives at risk. Doctors and Staff very unprofessional
