They act professional but are not , they managed a property that I rented , there really wasn't a lot of issues with the place, however when I would call or go through the portal about getting someone to handle it i was always question as if i broke something. Took over a month to get a new toilet that flushed. My deposit check i got back in full i called to ask if it was ready no response , i emailed no response finally get a hold of someone and the check is there . This company is the worst!!! We have been dealing with them for a little over a year and the service (lack there of) just gets worst!!!! They sit in the office and look at the caller ID and decide whether or not they want to speak with you. Even under emergency circumstances they are unavailable. Our house was broken into and we had to call the owner and she had to handle the situation. The house was opened (due to the break-in) and unsecured for almost 2 days because they were unavailable (even during) normal business hours... read more

Terrible communicators...as an owner they will reply only if there is commission to be earned for their main character Joel Elliot..(that gives the company the five starts to raise the average rating..). To be avoided...
