옆의 세쿼야도서관에 갈때마다 들르는데, 커피의 질도 좋고 가격도 적당하며 샐러드, 수프도 좋다. 주로 카페라테를 마시는데 4샷 호울밀크 라테의 맛은 진한 고소란 맛에 살짝 산미가 있는 아주 좋아하는 맛이다. 도서관 근처에 식당이 없어 이곳에서 간단한 점심 겸한 요기를 하는데 머핀, 과자도 도움이 된다. 아침 일찍부터 동네어르신들이 모여서 담소하는 좋은 분위기가 느껴지며, 노트북으로 작업하는 분들, 담소를 즐기는 사람도 눈에 많이 띈다. 전체적으로 사랑방같은 분위기다. 직원들의 미소띈 친절까지 에너지를 올려준다. 스프와 브런치도 적당하다. 매디슨에서 내가 가장 좋아하는 카페라떼는 EVP가 최고이고 다음이 COLLECTIVO 이다.
The gals were so kind and understanding when I had such an annoying order! The coffee was amazing and they were very patient with me. :)
Great local coffee, fresh roasted weekly along with home baked cookies, scones, granola, and breads! Best in town.....IMHO
