I had a horrible experience at this nail salon I wanted a simple pedicure done and the lady that did my pedicure Hana made it so complicated for me there wasn’t one moment about this experience that felt relaxing, not only aren’t they unprepared, but also overpriced. I am very disappointed with my experience. I just got my nails done last week, and they are already lifting and coming off. I went back to have the issue addressed, but the customer service was very poor. I was left waiting for a long time even though there were hardly any customers in the salon. During my wait, the staff continued talking among themselves in another language instead of acknowledging me or letting me know what was going on. I felt ignored and unwelcome. Nails are nothing what I asked for except being blue.. spent $243 to be unsatisfied with my results. $161 on the full set alone. Never again.
I live 5 mins away & looking for a excellent nail shop. I wasted $42 on a rushed pedicure. I left with dead skin on heels of feet, half cut cuticles, and poor polish.paint only on to of nails , you can see my natural nails on the side. She dried my nails for 2 mins with a handheld fan. When I asked do y'all have floor fans or led light she said no. Then I ask if they had the quick spray for my polish she said no!
