RAMCHAND RAMSARAN issued a structural inspection certificate claiming the vehicle had been "repaired" - Bullshit, they could not install the radiator because the structure was warped and the rad would not fit in place. The rad ended up jammed against the engine. They used zip ties to hold the head lamp to the warped structure - then this monkey issued a certificate claiming everything was fixed - I see a lawsuit coming against this guy in the very near future
