Another alleged assault near GVSU. Evolve needs its own bus stop to address safety issues. It's dangerous for students having to walk to another stop.
Not too impressed with how they are choosing to run move-in. Upsetting that we can't move-in when we want to & very disappointing that the move-in date that was HIGHLY stressed that it would be moved up before the 25th hasn't been moved up. Almost regretting signing with this apartment, I hope I'm proven wrong!
I was told that move in dates for incoming residents would be moved up from the estimated move in date, due to being exceptionally ahead of schedule due to the mild winter. The company has been very unorganized with letting the new residents know the move in date and will not give anyone any information regarding this concern. I was impressed with this company at first, but now I'm extremely disappointed.
The Evolve staff has been nothing but exceptional. I'm so glad the property is pet friendly and I cannot wait to jump in that pool!
