I had ongoing roommate issues that management would not address. My concerns involved illegal activity and violations of the lease within my unit that my roommates were participating in. Since management would not address my situation directly, I had to turn to security to uphold my lease. My situation escalated eventually leading Evolve to releasing me of my lease altogether. However, I still had to chase down their terrible management for more than a month after I moved out to get my refunded rent. I would not recommend th... read more
The Amenities are nice. However, the internet frequently does not work, the walls are very thin, we were supposed to receive a bus stop and I still haven't gotten my move in incentives I was promised even though it's been way longer than 30 days. Very disappointed so far, and unless things change soon, I am going elsewhere next year. I'd suggest others do the same
